This place is amazing. I dropped off my 2015 tahoe because my brakes were making noise and they had me in and out same day. Great quality work. Joe is my service advisor and he is very professional and knowledgeable and showed me what my brakes looked like and what they were supposed to look like. I have been a customer at Dixon’s for about two years now. It has been the best experience with a repair shop I have ever had. Friendly service, professional service, loaner car service, but most of all they understand how costly repairs can be , and do everything in their power to keep cost contained and give you your money’s worth. Make sure you tell Joe and Richard I sent you! They work hard to make even the most costly repair a less traumatic experience.

Excellent service. Professional, friendly and pricing is reasonable for the services provided. They offer a nice waiting area with snacks, drinks and even a small children’s play area. They offer loaner cars or transportation back and forth if within a reasonable area of the location. Highly recommend. I used the Ashland/Atlee location.

Wonderful customer service. Great guys that work there. I actually ran out of gas in coasted into their parking lot and they gave me gas to help get me to the gas station plus ended up getting estimates on some work I needed done. Will definitely use them in the future.

Great honesty place for your vehicle repairs. Courtesy staff , Joe service advisor took care of all my vehicle needs and explained and provided me with a print out showing the area that need attention. Can’t say enough about Dixon Automotive. Thank Team Dixon!

Everybody I worked with was really kind and easy to talk to. They communicated the pricing up front, and they were really good about communicating as they worked through diagnosing what was happening with my car. I appreciate their thoughtfulness and plan to use them again.
